Formerly known as the Pantai Acheh Forest Reserve, the Penang National Park is home to a massive family of flora and fauna. The park includes a rare meromictic lake where fresh and sea water meet; and eight beaches with the popular one being the Pantai Kerachut that has its very own turtle sanctuary.
